POLICIES

SHIPPING:

1. Shipping Domestic (USA) and Internationally via USPS carrier.  

 For Domestic destinations you are able to choose between

• First Class Mail (light weight items only) - usually arrives within 2-7 days after shipping date
• Priority Mail - takes 2-3 days to arrive to most destinations, from the shipping date.
• Priority Mail Express for Domestic destinations- takes 1-2 days to arrive to most destinations from the shipping date. 

Important Note: It you need your item extremely urgently, before choosing Express Shipping, please, use time estimate calculator from USPS website. While packages shipped via Priority Express Mail arrive overnight to most destinations , to some places it might require 2 days to deliver. Also, if you need your items to be shipped as soon as possible, please confirm with us first, to be sure we will be able to do so. 

For International destinations you are able to choose between

• First Class Mail - can take anywhere from 2 to 8 weeks to arrive, after shipping
• Priority Mail - USPS guarantees to deliver the package within 6 to 10 business days from the shipping date. 

Important Note: If you need your item to be delivered by a certain date, we strongly recommend to use Priority Mail. If you would need Priority Mail Express services , please, contact us before placing your order, so we can calculate the best rate for you.

      2. Processing time. 

• Pre-made and ready-to-ship items are usually shipped within 1-3 days from the time order is received. We aim to ship your orders as soon as possible. However, we leave small time gap for the case of unforeseeable circumstances and excessive workload. 
• Small Items (such as pasties), which are handcrafted in the house, usually take from 3 to 10 business days to make and ship, depending on the workload.
• Garments and accessories (such as items from our SLAYER collection) , which are fully handcrafted in the house, take anywhere from 7 to 30 business days to be  made and shipped. 

Most of our items include approximate production/shipping time in it's descriptions. You can also use guidelines listed above for calculating your purchase date. If you unsure of the turnaround time, or need your item by a specific date or have any other questions, please, do not hesitate to contact us prior. We will gladly address any of your concerns.

RETURNS, REFUNDS, EXCHANGES:

Please read our policies and descriptions very carefully before purchasing.

•      Pre-made items ( aka Necklaces, Body Chains, LED Masks) are eligible for returns and refund or exchange. To claim one of these options you must contact us within 5 days from the date your package was received. Please provide us the reason for your return/exchange. If the item is damaged upon arrival, please submit pictures of the damages. To qualify for the full return/exchange your item for any other reason, please note: 

1. Item must keep all original tags and packaging
2. Item must show no visible damage (unless this is the reason for your return/exchange(picture prove required)
3. Item must be UNWORN/UNUSED 
4. Item must be sent back within 7 days from the date your package was received. 

         If returned/exchanged item will not meet all of these criteria, you refund will be refused and item will be sent back. 

• Items that are not eligible for return ( and must qualify for exchange ) - handcrafted in the house items (pasties,chokers, garments, accessories, backpacks and so on).  Please, view our photographs, carefully read descriptions and refer to our Size Chart before purchase, to ensure that you clearly understand what you are buying. If you have any doubts, please, contact us prior purchase. 

Important: For any concerns in regards to your order, please, contact us as soon as possible, so we can resolve any possible issues right away. 

Important: Please note there are absolutely no returns/exchanges will be made on discounted and "final sale" items.
